Written by the winner of the Second Prize for the Table Tennis Championship of England. International Table Tennis Federation, "History of Table Tennis". One of the earliest publications on the game of Table Tennis and how to play it. Ping-pong, or table tennis, was invented in England and became very popular in the twentieth century. At the turn of the century the Table Tennis Association and the rival Ping Pong Association formed in England, and the two would become one organization in 1903.
