Among the oldest social clubs in Palm Beach, it sits across from Mar-A-Lago, former estate of Marjorie Merriweather Post, Hutton's wife and a leading American socialite and founder of General Foods, Inc. The Palm Beach Bath and Tennis Club was designed by architect Joseph Urban.
