Phillips Academy (Andover)'s motto is "Non Sibi" (Latin for "Not for Self"), symbolizing using education for the public good, featured on its seal alongside symbols like bees, trees (New England pine/oak for strength), and Greek letters "Chariti Theou" ("by the grace of God"). The school uses distinct "Andover" branding for digital platforms, but its core identity is rooted in "Non Sibi," reflecting its mission for intellectual, civic, and moral excellence.
