Factory Fotos by Billy Name.All the extra-texts are present: the fortified castle, the red accordion, the plane, the polyhedron, the cardboard disc of the ChelseaGirls, the uncut flexi-disc of Lou Reed, the rainbow nose on a triple page, Campbell's box, the eight pre-cut tickets, the balloon which has been preserved in a bag, avoiding gluing the two pages between which it was inserted. Photographs, texts and system objects made by the Factory team, and illustrating an interview with Andy Warhol by the journalist and art critic Henry Geldzahler. First book by the author using photography and texts, after several privately published illustration works. The Index Book is an extravagant pop-art object as well as a diary of its author in photographic mode, before it becomes a genre in itself.
