A legendary cocktail book, written by a French entertainer Georges Gabriel Thenon Rip, and illustrated by poster designer Paul Colin. This classy, richly illustrated book on cocktails was written by Georges Gabriel Thenon Rip, a French bon viveur, singer and author of revues, written between the beginning of the 20th century until his death. The book was illustrated by Paul Colin, one of France's greatest poster artists. He was made famous in 1925 by his poster for the Revue Nègre, which helped to launch the career of Josephine Baker.
