Norwich. Greens (Norwich) Limited. No date [c.1930]. Stitched green wrappers, tied with green cord, illustration pasted to front wrapper. [16 pages]. 8 colour illustrations, 3 with silver background, initialed in the image 'D.N.A.'. English. Very good; light shelf wear to wrappers, no tears, fading along spine and around edges.

A delightful trade catalogue of formal menswear fashion from the late 1920s/early 1930s.

The brochure was produced by Greens in Norwich to publicize their stocking of Maenson's ready-to-wear formal menswear.

The illustrations and text exemplify the fashions and language of the 1920s, lending a Bertie Wooster-ish element to the whole.

The first anonymous text extols the author's newfound appreciation of the merits of ready-to-wear.

Dell Leigh then reports on the trends in men's formal wear at home and abroad.
