The sale took place over two days, the first day focused on the magnificent jewellery collection of the Princess, with pieces by Cartier, Faberge, Andrew Grima, John Donald, Van Cleef & Arpels, etc. Each item is generously described and accompanied by photographs of Princess Margaret wearing the jewellery. The second day included the furniture, silver and decorative art from her Kensington Palace apartment, including several drawings by Oliver Messel.
