The recipes are collected in large part from chefs Françoise Lombard, Raymond Le Glaive, Denis Lippi, and Charlotte Turgeon. Includes recipes such as Anchovy Toasts, Bellevue Broth, Frogs Legs Provençale, Crabs Farcis au Diable, and more.
The recipes, although complicated, are designed to be made at home.
