Hermes silk pocket square in the A Propos de Bottes pattern, originally designed by Xavier De Poret in 1962. This design depicts riding boots and other equestriana in neutral shades against a cream ground and burgundy border. The artist garnered attention for his early drawings of horses, birds and other animals and made a name for himself as a major portrait artist, having been commissioned to create a portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II. The piece is finished with hand-rolled and stitched edges.
