Brooks Brothers invented the Fun Shirt back in the 1970s. While perfecting their sewing, Brooks Brothers tailors would frequently make shirts out of leftover, contrast fabrics. As fate would have it, one of their executives saw the shirts in progress, immediately declaring them "some fun shirts!" Production commenced and the rest is American fashion history.
