The photographs capture her creations, illustrating her use of sculptural vessels and classic flowers, as well as more unusual natural materials such as shells, grapes, gourds, seakale and rhubarb. Her written advice is contained in chapters based around specific colours and social events. An extensive appendix gives a list of suggested flowers and plants. A scarce signed early printing in the dust jacket.
