In the latter years of the 19th century Emile Hermes travelled around the world putting together a collection of travel related objects which was then used as inspiration for the Hermes product in the 20th century, which is now well-known around the world and this book illustrates these items, cases, trunks, valises, toiletry cases, umbrellas and many other accessories.
